1. Orders, Shipping & Returns
Can I change the colour or product after ordering?
Yes! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the colour or product for you. Email us at info@speckleskids.com.au with your order number and your preferred changes as soon as possible. Once your order has left our warehouse, changes aren’t possible — but you may be eligible for a return.
Can I delay dispatch for a special occasion?
Absolutely. Whether it’s for a birthday surprise or a holiday gift, let us know your preferred delivery date by emailing us right after checkout. We’ll do our best to hold and send your order so it arrives right on time.
What shipping options and delivery times are available?
We ship Australia-wide. Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items will have an estimated dispatch date on the product page. Read our Shipping Policy here.
How are pre-order or custom items handled?
Pre-order items are made or sourced especially for you. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes.
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Email us at info@speckleskids.com.au to start the process. Read our return policy for more information.
What should I do if I received the wrong item or colour?
We are terribly sorry! Please email us ASAP on info@speckleskids.com.au with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item, and we will work with you to get the correct items to you quickly.
What if something is missing from my order?
Occasionally, items may ship separately. If something seems missing, check your shipping confirmation emails for multiple tracking numbers. If it’s not on its way, contact us immediately.
2. Product Information & Care
What materials are your products made from?
Our kids’ furniture is made from LLDPE (non-toxic, PE plastics predominantly used in food packaging), while the speckles granules are from recycled PE plastics. Every product is designed for everyday family life — safe & strong enough for play, stylish enough for your home.
How do I clean or maintain the furniture?
Most of our pieces can be wiped clean with a soft cloth and mild soap/sprays. Stubborn marks like crayon can be removed with a dab of baby oil or by gently scraping with a plastic card. Avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged direct sunlight to keep colours vibrant.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes — safety is our number one priority. Our designs feature rounded edges, stable construction, and non-toxic finishes. So you can feel confident your little ones are safe while they play and learn.
