We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. Whether you’re in a major city or a regional area, we’re happy to deliver to your doorstep.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team will process it within 1-3 business days. After processing, your order will be handed over to our trusted courier partners for delivery. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method and Delivery Times

We ship directly from our warehouse in Sydney via preference Courier Services. 

Delivery time: 2-8 business days (for Metro cities, regional locations may take longer than this and will be dependent on your location).

Please note that processing and delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g. holidays) or due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs varies depending on the total weight of your order and your location.

You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

Delivery Information

  • For certain locations, we may use specialised furniture couriers, and this may take a bit longer to arrive.
  • We deliver to residential and commercial addresses. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.
  • If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

Damaged or Missing Items

While we take every care to ensure your order arrives safely, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact our customer support team at info@speckleskids.com.au immediately and no later than 5 business days. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Change of Address or Delivery Issues

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. We recommend double-checking your details before confirming your order.
